As per the latest reliable information, the Power Star Pawan Kalyan will be star in remake of Vijay’s Theri movie in his next film. Recently, the actor signed a new project with director Santosh Srinivas of Kandireega and Rabhasa fame. The film is likely to be produced under the home banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
As now, several reports spread that Pawan Kalyan – Santosh Sriniva’s film will be an official remake of Tamil actor Ilayathalapathy Vijay super hit film Theri. As now, discussions are going on but nothing confirmed yet. In fact, the original film Theri is already released in Telugu with the title of Police and it is failed to impress the Telugu audience.
Power star Pawan Kalyan has a special liking for Kollywood stars. Currently he is waiting for the arrival of much hyped movie Katamarayudu, the remake of Ajith starrer Veeram, which is gearing up for grand release on 24th March. He is also set to join the set of Trivikram’s directorial venture from April. Next he will be seen in RT Neason’s direction which is remake of Ajith’s Vedalam.
Pawan Kalyan is eager to remake Tamil Superstar Theri after seeing the film’s trailer. If everything goes as planned, Powerstar will be seen in dual role, he will be seen in a cop role yet again. It is heard that Pawan has given nod to Rabhasa director Santosh Srinivas and the film will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.
