If you are a die-had fan of Malayalam cinema then get ready to rejoice as we have some amazing news in store for you. In an exciting development, Fahadh Faasil’s eagerly-awaited Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum has been released and it is quite effective. Moreover, it seems that storytelling in this case is going to be quite realistic and relatable.
As such, Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum is unlikely to feature too many dramatic/OTT dialogues. Another intriguing aspect of the teaser is that it manages to keep us hooked even though it does not feature many dialogues. This can, by and large, be attributed to its lifting background score. The BGM does a good job of heightening the emotions experienced by the characters.
Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum has been directed by Dileesh Pothan and revolves around four people who meet each other at a police station. Besides Faasil, it also features Suraj and Shoubin Shahir in the lead. The film’s music has been composed by noted music director Bijibal while the cinematography has been handled by Rajeev Ravi. Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum is the second directorial of Pothan’s career. He made his debut with Maheshinte Prathikaaram. Touted to be comedy-drama, it featured Faasil in the role of a photographer.
The story line is very different from Maheshinte Prathikaram. It is quite unconventional. There is no hero-heroine in the movie. It revolves around the lives of four characters who are all important in their own right. Sreeja which is played by newcomer Nimisha is a central character. The director prefers to call Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, a small movie which revolves around the life of a middle class family. It is also related to the law and order of the society.
