Clint (Malayalam) Review, Live Update & Story Response: 1st Day Collection at Kerala Box Offce

Alok starrer Clint, which is based on the real life of the prodigious painter who passed away at a young age, will hit screens on August 11. The movie’s trailer, which lines up numerous top actors of the industry, is just out and it is sure to move the audience with it’s tender moments and story line. Directed by Harikumar, the film also has Renji Panicker, Salim Kumar and Vinay Forrt in major roles.

The film is about child prodigy artist Edumund Thomas Clint, who earned the title of a gifted painter by the time he passed away at the age of 6, in 1983. Based on the life of Edmund Thomas Clint, who died at the mere age of six due to kidney failure, Clint focuses on the exemplary talent of the young boy, who, in his short lifespan, painted as many as 25,000 paintings.


Unni Mukundan handles the role of Clint’s father and it will be best ever film in unni’s career. It is for the first he comes as an old person with a different get up that never seen before. Unni shot to fame after appearing in Mallu Singh and he got a chance to prove his excellency by appearing in this scope full character. Definitely it would be a milestone in his acting career. Rima Kallingal handles the lead female character and plays opposite to Unni Mukundan. Rima is very selective in nature and she had committed to only few films after her marriage with Ashiq Abu.

Joy Mathew plays the role of a doctor, who treats Clint during his last days. So Joy Mathew has a powerful character in this film while Vinay Forrt handles the role of Clint’s mentor. Ilayaraja composes the music for this film. Madhu Ambat is the man who behind the camera. More details about the cast are not yet revealed, the film is produced under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies.
