The much awaited Telugu movie of Allu Arjun DJ Duvvada Jagannadham completes 6 days at the Indian and worldwide box office. The Collection on 6th day crosses 50 crores from Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana States. The film is all set to cross 100 crores worldwide. Released with enormous buzz among moviegoers, the film is making running with good performance in South India.
Allu Arjun’s 25th movie has entered in weekdays but due to Eid, it reported strong performance and minted the amount of 6 crores. On the next day i.e. Tuesday, it received slight more drop and added the amount of 4.75 crores as its 5th day collection. On the next day i.e. Wednesday with further dip, Duvvada Jagannadham estimated to garner the amount of 4.25 crores and raise it’s 6 days total collection to 50.25 crores at AP/T box office.
All the stakeholders of DJ are apparently happy after the film made approximately Rs 56 crore profit for the distributors in five days. The film has largely benefited from being the only big release in Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, for Eid. With no major rival to face off at the box office, the film has dominated the majority of the screens in the Telugu states.
DJ is directed by Harish Shankar and is produced by Dil Raju of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The director and producer on Wednesday filed a police complaint at the cyber cell over the online piracy. They decided to seek police action after a few social media users uploaded the pirated versions of the film on the internet.
