Celebrities from Bollywood graced the latest released Marathi film Bhikari in Mumbai released today. The music launch event saw the presence of Tusshar Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rohit Shetty, Ganesh Acharya, Shreyas Talpade, Swapnil Joshi and Rucha Inamdar. The upcoming film is produced and directed by Ganesh Acharya under Mi Marathi Film Production.
The film also stars Guru Thakur, Sayaji Shinde, Milind Shinde, Kirti Adarkar and Sunil Pal and is ready to be released in theatres on August 4, 2017. The Marathi film will also mark choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s directorial debut. The mahurat clap of the film was given by the Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. To the ashtonishment of everyone, Ganesh Acharya has shed tremendous amount of weight and is set to take the Marathi film industry by storm with his latest, Bhikari.
Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has praised choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s maiden Marathi directorial venture Bhikari. Ganesh is one of the best technicians that we have in Indian film industry today. All are talking about songs of the film, but I feel emotional content of the film is really good. I feel this film is going to be super hit, Shetty said at the music launch of the film in Mumbai on Sunday.
Talpade, who himself his gearing up for his first directorial venture Poster Boys, said: “I am feeling very happy because we haven’t seen such kind of music and choreography in Marathi films. The way the entire film and song has been shot, for that I want to congratulate Ganesh Acharya and his entire team to make this possible.
